I have registered updated and followed every instruction from Autel. The MaxiFLASH(VCI) pro does connect with Bluetooth and by USB. It says it is connected to the MaxiSys when plugged into a vehicle. When I hit Auto detect VIN you can hear it clicking and working but it says fail to autodetect on every vehicle. I've tried putting the VIN in manually and it still doesn't work. Seems like it's not communicating even though it's plugged in. Tried it on newer BMW, older Lincolns, Fords, Mercurys, older and new Dodges/RAM Trucks, Nissans. Every vehicle has failed
